Guidelines for Reviewers

Acceptance by the Reviewers

The reviewer may go through the content of the paper and determine whether he/she is able to review the paper based on his subject knowledge and expertise and confirm the same to the Editor-in-Chief by e-mail.

General Instructions to Authors / Reviewers

The author should prepare his/her paper/article strictly based on the Editorial Policy of AIIS. The author(s) should format the softcopy of their paper as per the “AIIS Instructions/Guidelines to the Author” for submitting the paper. The title, abstract, objectives, methodology, analysis, findings and conclusion of the paper should be complete in all the sense and the paper should be arranged in a logical order.

Title: The title should be complete and convey the work of the author(s) / purpose of the paper.
Abstract: Should contain scope, objective of the paper, methodology used and the findings.
Keyword: Should not be more than five and should be informative.
Affiliation: The name of all the authors should be given with their affiliation and e-mails.
References: Should be given in IEEE format.

General Instructions to Reviewers

The reviewer should review the paper impartially.
The reviewer should check and correct the syntax, grammar, spelling and technical jargons of the content.
The reviewer should strictly keep and protect the intellectual content of the paper confidentially till it gets published.
The reviewer should check and report the conflict or controversial opinion etc of the paper in his comments.
Apart from the above, the reviewer should review the following aspects of the paper
The paper should be:
      
  • the original contribution by the author(s)
  • within the scope of the journal
  • written for the target of the audience
  • clearly defined the scope and objective of the paper
  • given the methodology used
  • error free for the experimental design and statistical techniques used, data, figure, tables, etc
  • given the significance of the paper and
  • given the interpretation and conclusion of the paper.
The reviewer should review the paper based on all the aspects and send the paper to the Editor-in-Chief along with comments and the recommendation for accepting the paper.
